Professional Photographer: This career, has given me inspiration to create many aspects of my work, including exhibitions in landscape and architecture. Professional practise has lent itself to many facets of photography including food, which has led to the publication of three cookery books.
I have also worked on two major historical photographic publications, one Scottish (Thames & Hudson) the other Irish. I have photographed work for dozens of Fine Art and Design Catalogues, some of which have been included in Modo, the international review of design culture (Milan) and a cover picture for the Royal Institute of British Architecture (RIBA).
Wedding and portrait photography and photographic printing have played an important part of my career. I have printed exhibitions for many photographers including a collection for a New York fashion show by Ralph Lauren. Much of my image capture is now digital and can be seen on various web sites. I am a professional member of The Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain, and the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers.
